Brian was born in Long Beach California where he graduated Long Beach Jordan High School. After a 20 year career with United Parcel Service, he relocated to North Idaho and began working for an Intermediate Care facility for the developmentally disabled. He fell in love with the “people caring for people” business, worked hard, and was quickly promoted to manager and this position for more than ten years. His duties included, but were not limited to, completing Comprehensive Functional Assessments for each resident, developing and implementing each resident’s Individual Program Plans including all behavior modification plans, monitoring and making adjustments to those plans on an as needed basis as well as the hiring and training of his own staff. He came to Innercept in 2012 and has worked at many campuses in various capacities. He is currently a lead staff at the Young Adult Transition phase of the program. He works alongside the manager to ensure that that each resident’s needs are met in terms of treatment goals, promotes the integral philosophy as a provider of care and helps ensure the overall operation runs smoothly.
When he is not hard at work, Brian enjoys all that Idaho’s seasons have to offer from snowmobiling and other sports during the winter to boating and other water sports during the summer. He is an avid golfer and plays as often as he can.
