Kyle Blaser attended Northwest Nazarene University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Cultural Studies. Kyle has worked as a counselor and social worker both in the United States and abroad in New Delhi, India. Kyle has been working with St. Luke’s Health System for the past 3 years leading a talent acquisition team of Recruiting Coordinators across southern Idaho. Additionally, Kyle was an Educational Assistant for several years within a therapeutic boarding school.
Kyle was drawn to Innercept’s unique values and programs dealing with adolescents and young adults. Innercept’s focus on healing and building up the whole person from the Integral Model is what resonated with Kyle’s long-term goals. Kyle brings a unique element of counseling, cultural research, admissions development/programing, and a strong foundational platform of healthcare human resources to Innercept’s admission’s team.
Kyle and his wife are adventurers at heart and enjoy all types of outdoor activities such as rock climbing and backcountry skiing. They also have a passion for serving the community and volunteer their time at the Union Gospel Mission and the Boy’s and Girl’s Club.
