After getting married, she wanted to move forward with her second dream, of becoming a nurse. While attending community college at Trinidad State Jr. College, she became an a Licensed Practical Nurse, leading up to receiving her nursing degree from Adams State University in 2005 and has worked as Registered Nurse for over 10 years. Her experience is vast, ranging from long term care, acute psychiatric care, skilled home care/hospice and as a travel nurse, expanding into management and administrative roles. Her passion and expertise is in the psychiatric field, where she has worked with a large variety of disorders, young and elderly. Traci has a love for nursing and is extremely motivated to provide exceptional care for her patients and create positive differences in their lives.

Traci enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. They love the North Idaho winters, skiing and snowboarding at the local resorts, and in the warmer months, hiking and swimming/boating in the waters around CDA. She also spends time practicing daily meditation and yoga, finding this helps with clarity, motivation and relaxation from daily life. On her down time she is an avid reader and has knack for cooking and creating meals for her family.
